6. Experts for you: design and management of a major anniversary symposium

Mandate: An internationally successful, privately held services company is planning a big anniversary event to which it wants to invite employees and customers. The event will be conceived, moderated and directed by an external project manager.

Challenge: This major international event is to be organized as an occasion for training, networking and entertainment. This requires a project manager who is good at building relationships, can empathize quickly in the business world of the client, credibly represent him and is capable of leading an internal organization team. The project manager must have a good track record as a concept designer and director of major events. A strong stage presence and fluent English is a prerequisite.

Our service : We choose a person with a matching profile from the network and suggest him or her to the client.

Result: After a training period of six months, the event takes place with five speakers and more than six hundred participants. The response is positive on both sides, the employees and the customers.
